It is widely used in applications with low ambient temperatures (max 70°C) such as medical, agriculture and laminating. A special heat-balance version is available for non-invasive measurement of fluids.

Exergen Precalibrated IRt/c’s
IRt/c.03
The IRt/c.03 has similarities to the IRt/c.01, but is designed with a narrower field of view. Due to its small size and threaded housing, this model is also easy to mount and install. It finds its use in applications with low ambient temperatures (max 70°C) including agriculture and laminating.
Micro IRt/c
The Micro IRt/c sensor is the smallest available in its class, making it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. As a result of its small size, it is capable of measuring small spots (3mm diameter). It is used in various applications, including medical equipment, printing applications and robotics. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
IRt/c.1X
The IRt/c.1X is very similar to the IRt/c, and equals its reliability and robustness. With a threaded housing for easy mounting and installation, this model is used in many fields, including robotics, (3D) printing, drying and curing processes.
